The best time to visit Pin Valley National Park is April to May once the winter cold has subsided and again from November to early December before the heavy winter sets in. These months are optimal because the animals in Pin Valley tend to converge in the lower altitudes of the park given the weather - and therefore are the most productive in terms of animal sightings.
July and August are the best months to visit Pin Valley for those interested in plants and geology as the area flourishes post the monsoon rains.
